Warranty
We aren’t happy unless you are. Our warranty is simple so just let us know if you are having any difficulties and we will do our best to sort them out for you. However if you don’t let us know in a timely manner we can’t do as much to help you as the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
Warranty for spectacle lenses and custom contact lenses is 3 months from purchase. As they are a custom made product we can’t just return them. The lenses are specifically made to suit your eyes and won’t work for anyone else.
Warranty for spectacle frames ranges from 12 months to 2 years but we can confirm that with you when you purchase a frame or just call our office if you are having problems and we can check for you.
