We aren’t happy unless you are.  Our warranty is simple so just let us know if you are having any difficulties and we will do our best to sort them out for you.

Vision can fluctuate and sometimes we measure your eyes on a bad day.  As we specailise in second opinions and specialist vision services we are used to seeing more challenging cases.  Working in that area has its challenges but is also very rewarding.

Product warranties are at least 12 months but may be longer on some products which we will confirm for you.
